The Gatorz Eyewear Golden State Karting Cup is the premier Rotax Max Challenge presented by Mazda series in the country. The Southern-California based regional series is home to both the serious karter, as well as the weekend warrior – as well as any karter who has a desire to race in a professionally run series that offers abundant track time.

The series is based upon providing a maximum value for the competitor, which includes some of the most competitive kart
racing in the country, a friendly and welcoming paddock, and professionally run events.

The series also sanctions the six-race Gatorz Challenge of the Americas, a six-race winter championship that offers direct
qualifying spots to the Rotax Grand Nationals and Rotax Grand Finals. The Challenge of the Americas is the premier winter
karting series on the left coast.
